Account information

Account registration includes email and authentication data stored to secure access.

Business information

Public business profiles may include address, contact details, hours, GEO Passport content, and visibility scores.

Reviews

Reviews store author identity internally while public pages show permitted display names for published reviews.

Analytics

EBS24 does not describe a separate third-party analytics stack in the current MVP unless explicitly enabled in your deployment.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which handles payment details; EBS24 does not store card numbers. When the optional Stripe path is enabled, Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.

Third-party providers

AI Visibility and Deep Scan send questions about a business (such as name, city, category and website) to the enabled AI providers. The GEO Agent sends discovery questions about a city and category. Lead Hunter sends the website URL or the business name and city that you submit to its own AI and place-search services. Support chat messages may be processed by the AI provider configured for support. No additional advertising networks are described in the current MVP.

Data retention

Data is retained as needed to operate accounts, listings, reviews, subscriptions, Freelancer credit ledgers, and audit logs.

Security

We apply authentication, validation, and security controls appropriate to the service, but no system is perfectly secure.
