Subscriptions

Subscriptions apply per business entity and use the active plan version stored in the system at the time of purchase or trial start.

Trial

If the active plan version includes trial days, a trial may be available according to the plan shown on the Pricing page.

Billing

When Stripe is enabled, recurring billing is processed by Stripe. Development environments may use local subscription controls instead.

Cancellation

Owners can request cancellation according to dashboard and Stripe flows. Access may continue until the end of the current period where applicable.

Subscription status

Status values such as trialing, active, cancelled, archived, or revived reflect the current subscription record for the business entity.

Refunds

Specific refund terms are not hard-coded here. When Stripe billing is enabled, refund handling follows Stripe and the merchant configuration for your deployment.
