- GEO Passport is structured business information — services, prices, service areas, FAQ, and certificates — shown on the public business profile and in structured data where applicable.
- How are reviews handled?
- Reviews are submitted by registered users, may enter a pending state, and only published reviews appear publicly and affect ratings.
- Can I claim my business?
- Yes. Create an account, verify your email, and use the claim flow with a business-domain email for the listing you manage.
- Is claiming free?
- Creating an account and starting a claim is available through the existing claim flow. Subscription pricing for managed listings is shown on the Pricing page.
- Can a business change its information?
- Verified owners can edit business details and GEO Passport sections from the dashboard.
- Does EBS24 guarantee AI recommendations?
- No. AI Visibility is observational only. EBS24 does not guarantee mentions, recommendations, rankings, or customer outcomes.
- How does subscription work?
- Subscriptions are tied to a business entity and use the active plan version stored in the system. When Stripe is enabled, billing is managed through Stripe webhooks.
